重庆大学王孝培教授和他的弟子们研究管材翻卷成形工艺已多年。近来在内翻卷成形技术方面又有了新的突破。据了解,国外在六十年代后期才有人涉猎研究管材的翻卷成形,但有关信息资料较少。国内从八十年代中期有院校研究翻卷成形工艺,但都限于外翻成形。在王孝培教授的指导之下,他的研究生代兵首次对管材的内翻卷成形进行了较为系统深入的研究,建立了相当完整的管材内翻卷成形理论,内容涉及管材内翻卷成形的具体变形过程以及管材材质、几何尺寸、润滑材料、模具形状对变形过程和变形力大小的影响,还确定了影响管材内翻卷失稳的具体因素。研究生代兵的论文经过严格推导,得出了考虑材料、模具及其它有关工艺参数影响的内翻卷成形过程的微分方
