在手工电弧焊时一般用单根焊条作为熔化电极。为了提高焊工的工作效率,作者推荐束状焊条:两根焊条在两处用卡箍束住并焊在棒上,(如图)。 使用束状焊条时,电弧依次引燃,此时一根焊条散发在周围空间的能量部分加热了另一根焊条的端部,这样可以省电。同时另一焊条因其中没有电流而冷却,这样就能在大电流下工作时不致使焊条药皮过热。另外,缩短了焊条往焊钳内的安装时间和焊条残头的取出时间,还可以进一步提高劳动生产率。
In the manual arc welding generally use a single electrode as a melting electrode. In order to improve the work efficiency of the welder, the authors recommend a bundle of electrodes: two electrodes are bundled with two clamps and welded to the rod, as shown in the figure. When using a bundle of electrodes, the arcs in turn ignite, where an electrode dissipates energy in the surrounding space and heats the end of the other electrode, saving power.
