目的:研究一种由本室研制的营养合剂(简称PX)对豚鼠急、慢性吸烟所致气道商反应的影响。方法:采用体积站记群方法测定气过反应性。结果:发现豚鼠进食5周PX能显著降低由急、慢性吸烟所致的气道高反应:①慢性吸烟对照组(SC组)使FEV0.1下降20%所需组胺阈浓度(PC20FEV0.1)为(0.113±0.022)mg/mL;而慢性吸烟加PX组(SP组)为(0.302±0.020)mg/mL(P<0.01)②急性吸烟后SC组各项肺功能指标如用力肺活量(FVC)、0.1s用力呼气量(FEV0.1)、最大中期呼气流速(MMEF)、最大呼气流速(PEF)等均显著下降(P<0.05),而SP组上述各项指标均无显著变化(P>0.05)。肺形态学检查显示SC组气道出现上皮损伤及炎症病变,而联组病变明显技光组轻。结论:职能降低由急、慢性吸烟所引起的气道高反应。
Objective: To study the effect of a nutritious mixture (PX) developed in our laboratory on airway quotient induced by acute and chronic smoking in guinea pigs. Methods: The gas station hypersensitivity was measured by the volume station memorial group method. Results: It was found that guinea pigs fed with PX for 5 weeks significantly reduced the airway hyperresponsiveness induced by acute and chronic smoking. ① In chronic smoking control group (SC), the threshold concentration of histamine needed to reduce FEV0.1 by 20% (PC20FEV0.1 ) Was (0.113 ± 0.022) mg / mL, while the chronic smoking plus PX group was (0.302 ± 0.020) mg / mL (P <0.01) Lung function parameters such as FVC, FEV0.1, MMEF and PEF decreased significantly (P <0.05) ), While there was no significant change in each index of SP group (P> 0.05). Lung morphological examination showed epithelial injury and inflammatory lesions in the airway of SC group, while the lesions in the combined group were significantly decreased in the light group. Conclusions: The function of reducing airway hyperresponsiveness caused by acute and chronic smoking.
