利用IDEAS软件对大型混流式水轮机组转轮进行有限元计算,求得转轮叶片的应力分布情况和转轮的固有频率。将计算结果与转轮叶片出现裂纹的实际情况对比,发现较大应力区与实际裂纹出现的部位大体上是一致的。该有限元计算结果,对分析转轮叶片裂纹成因有重要的意义。
By means of IDEAS, the finite element method is used to calculate the stress distribution of runner blades and the natural frequency of runner. Comparing the calculation results with the actual situation of cracks in runner blades, it is found that the larger stress zone is consistent with the actual crack appearance. The finite element calculation result is of great significance to the analysis of the cause of the crack in the runner blade.
