教育部日前印发了《关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》,具体部署现代学徒制试点工作。明确提出了在职业教育现代学徒制的培养模式,指出了现代学徒制教育的内涵,但是,在实践过程中还有具体问题,我们在多年的校企合作办学过程中也签订了多种的合作模式,也与企业进行了不同形式的定单培养,做了一些探索,要实现真正意义上的现代学徒制培养,受到政策及法律方面的制约,也需要校企合作往深层次方面的合作,也需要企业、行业有前瞻性的发展。
