利用光散射颗粒分析仪对钢铁总排废水的混凝过程进行动态监测,分析了动态监测曲线,探讨了仪器监测值与沉后水余浊的关系。结果表明,动态监测曲线能直观地反映总排废水混凝过程中絮体逐渐聚集成长的变化过程;在PAM最优投加量范围内,仪器监测值随沉后水余浊的降低而增大,在实际生产中自动投药系统可根据设定的监测值自动控制PAM投加量。
The light scattering particle analyzer was used to monitor the coagulation process of the steel waste water. The dynamic monitoring curve was analyzed and the relationship between the monitored value of the equipment and the residual muddy water after sedimentation was discussed. The results show that the dynamic monitoring curve can intuitively reflect the process of gradual accumulation of flocs during the coagulation process of total waste water. Within the range of the optimal dosage of PAM, the monitoring value of the instrument increases with the decrease of sediment aftercasting , In the actual production of automatic dosing system can be set according to the monitoring of automatic control of PAM dosage.
