在常温、加温和紫外线三种环境下,通过对Sol-Gel法(溶胶凝胶法)制备成的5%、10%及15%钛掺杂SnO2薄膜在乙醇、丙酮两种气氛作用下进行气敏反应前后的光反射谱测试,研究薄膜的返回特性。研究分析表明,加温环境中钛掺杂SnO2薄膜的返回特性比常温环境中的效果要好很多,返回所需时间能从十小时缩短至五分钟。此外,紫外光照射下返回特性较好,返回时间较短,而且更为安全、便利,相信在未来的发展中能有更广泛的应用。
Under the environment of normal temperature, heating and UV, 5%, 10% and 15% titanium doped SnO2 films prepared by Sol-Gel method (sol-gel method) were carried out under the action of both ethanol and acetone Light reflectance spectroscopy before and after gas-sensitive reaction was used to study the film’s return characteristics. Research and analysis show that the return characteristics of Ti-doped SnO2 thin film in warm environment are much better than those in normal temperature environment, and the time required for return can be shortened from ten hours to five minutes. In addition, the return characteristics of UV irradiation is better, the return time is shorter, and more safe and convenient, I believe in the future development can have a wider range of applications.
