本文主要通过对日本四季剧团的艺术创演和市场运作比较深入全面的学习考察,总结提出了其获得成功的几条经验。文章认为,日本四季剧团的“人本主义”的办团理念、“作品主义”的艺术原则、非“明星主义”的演员配置、“精细主义”的服务、“未来主义”的观众意识,是其获取艺术和市场双丰收的主要原因,并且成为其文化发展战略的重要秘诀。
