本文采用放射受体结合法测定了咖啡酸及其主要代谢产物阿魏酸、间羟苯丙烯酸对家兔子宫胞浆孕酮受体的亲和力,IC_(50)分别为1.4,1.6和2.0mM。咖啡酸不影响假孕小鼠子宫对[~3H]孕酮和[3H]雌二醇的摄取。提示咖啡酸抗早孕抑制孕激索作用并非由于竞争结合孕酮受体或减少甾体激素受体含量而致。
In this paper, the affinity of caffeic acid and its major metabolites ferulic acid and m-hydroxyphenyl acrylic acid on the uterine progesterone receptor in rabbits was determined by radioimmunoassay. The IC 50 values were 1.4, 1.6 and 2.0 mM, respectively. Caffeic acid did not affect the uptake of [~ 3H] progesterone and [3H] estradiol in the uterus of pseudopregnant mice. Tip caffeic acid anti-early pregnancy inhibition of pregnancy-induced cord function is not due to competition with progesterone receptor or reduce the content of steroid hormone receptors.
