轧后冷却工艺是中厚板生产过程中的重要环节。由于缺少板形仪等检测装置,轧后冷却过程中出现的板形问题尚无较好的自动化解决方案,其中主要的工艺参数,如冷却水流量和上下集管的流量比等还需现场技术人员调整。本文依托南钢5 000mm中厚板生产线生产过程中详实的生产数据,对不同钢板厚度与水温下可获得良好板形的先进冷却系统流量比参数进行了分析,给出了水温10~30℃,流量区间为300~350m~3/h时具有良好板形的流量比数据分布状况,总结出了以厚度为参数的拟合公式及其置信区间,为实际生产提供了参考依据。
Rolling cooling process is an important part of the plate production process. The main process parameters such as cooling water flow rate and flow rate ratio of upper and lower headers also need on-site technology Personnel adjustments. This article relies on the detailed production data in the production process of Nangang 5 000 mm plate production line, analyzes the flow ratio parameters of the advanced cooling system with good shape of plate obtained under different plate thickness and water temperature, gives the water temperature of 10 ~ 30 ℃, The distribution of flow rate ratio with good plate shape is obtained when flow rate is in the range of 300 ~ 350m ~ 3 / h. The fit formula and its confidence interval based on thickness are summed up, which provides a reference for actual production.
