“新世纪黑龙江人形象”教育活动已拉开帷幕。这一活动的启动意味着“粗俗、封闭、依赖”等将逐步荡涤直止消失殆尽，取而代之的则是“文明礼貌、道德高尚、敬业进取”等精神面貌和对外形象的日渐生成。新的世纪，黑龙江人应当以什么样的形象出现在世人面前，是文明、高尚，还是粗俗、蛮横，这些都应引起我们的深刻反思。基于此，黑龙江省社会科学院以“强素质，树形象”为中心议题，召开了一次专题研讨会，院内各主要学科的专家、学者就形象问题从不同层次、不同角度做出了新的阐释，并提出了一些有创建的建设性意见。现摘登其中有代表性的若干篇，旨在引起各界对“新世纪黑龙江人形象”这一系统工程的高度重视，更期望就此规划和设计出充满地方魅力独具特色的现代黑龙江人形象。
“New Century Heilongjiang people image” education has been kicked off. The launching of this activity means that “vulgarity, closure and dependence” will be gradually eliminated and disappeared, replaced by the spiritual appearance of “civilized manners, high morality, professionalism and enterprisingness” and the gradual emergence of external images. In the new century, what kind of image should people in Heilongjiang appear in front of people, be civilized, noble, vulgar or rude? All of these should arouse our profound reflection. Based on this, the Heilongjiang Academy of Social Sciences held a symposium on the topic of “strengthening the quality and the image of the tree,” and experts and scholars from all major disciplines in the hospital made new explanations on the issue of the image from different levels and angles. And put forward some constructive suggestions that have been created. A number of representative articles are collected to arouse great attention from all walks of life to the systematic project entitled “Image of Heilongjiang Province in the New Century.” We also expect to plan and design a modern image of Heilongjiang province full of local charm and uniqueness.
