运用ABAQUS对热水器内胆的二次拉深工艺进行了有限元模拟,分析了凸模的直径和圆角半径、凹模圆角半径、摩擦系数和压边力对成形性能的影响,为实际加工确定最佳成形工艺参数提供理论支持.实验证明,最佳凸模圆角半径在30~50 mm,最佳凸模1直径为540 mm,尽量选取大的凹模圆角半径,不宜采用过大的压边力,尽量减少摩擦系数,此时拉深成型效果最好.此工艺可提高制件质量和制件工序,减少焊接工序,进一步缩短内胆生产周期,提高生产效率.
