为主动适应国家经济结构调整和产业转型升级对高等教育人才培养的需求,满足广大学生自主发展、多样化成才的需要,各高校不断深化人才培养机制改革,提高人才培养质量,逐步开展基于学分制的土木工程专业应用型人才培养模式研究。土木工程专业是实践性很强的应用型专业,其专业的教学必须与实践结合,进行应用型的教学研究与实践已经成为土木工程专业教育教学中亟待解决的问题。弹性学分制改革将有效的鼓励学生参与实践、以项目为依托自主学习。
