采用昆虫触角电位 (EAG)记录方法 ,测定了松小蠹 (Tomicuspiniperda)成虫对 18种松小蠹和云南松挥发性聚集信息化合物样品的EAG反应 ,分析了松小蠹雌、雄成虫触角对几种高活性化合物剂量的反应。EAG测定表明 ,松小蠹雌、雄成虫对虫体挥发性单组分聚集信息化合物MBXS和MBXT ,以及由虫体和云南松挥发物为主组成的复组分化合物α -PX +MBXT和α-PX + β-PX +MBXS有较强的触角电位反应 ,其剂量反应曲线呈现“S”型 ,并且反应阈值较低 ,其中主要成分为α -PX和MBXT的复组分化合物引起松小蠹成虫触角的EAG反应最大。初步确定了松小蠹成虫聚集信息素的候选化合物
