在钢筋混凝土结构服役寿命中,混凝土强度是联系结构安全性的重要指标。较为准确地检测混凝土质量,对于结构物而言是十分重要的。进行了英国女王大学研发的LIMPET混凝土强度监测设备对于中国混凝土的适用性验证。采用LIMPET拔出试验仪和液压式万能试验机对几种国内常用混凝土强度的试件进行测试,对数据进行统计分析之后,总结出国内常用混凝土的LIMPET拔出强度与轴心抗压强度之间的相关关系曲线,对现场评估结构物中混凝土强度提供相关依据,也为LIMPET仪器在中国的标准化提供试验支持。
In the service life of reinforced concrete structures, concrete strength is an important indicator of structural safety. Accurate detection of concrete quality is very important for the structure. Carried out by the Queen’s University developed LIMPET concrete strength monitoring equipment for the applicability of Chinese concrete validation. Using LIMPET pullout tester and hydraulic universal testing machine to test several commonly used concrete strength specimens, the statistical analysis of the data, concluded that the commonly used domestic concrete LIMPET pull-out strength and axial compressive strength between The correlation curves provide a basis for on-site assessment of concrete strength in structures and provide experimental support for the standardization of LIMPET instruments in China.
