振子变流器又称振动变流器或斩波器,俗称振子。迄今为止,热工仪表用的电子放大器中,仍多半采用振子将直流热电势变为交流信号的转换原件。但是,振子在经长期使用之后,将不可避免的产生接触率降低,对称性差或失调等故障,以致于影响仪表的精度。因此,对于振子在运行一定时期之后,就必须进行检修和调试。据了解,不少单位现场使用的仪表品种、规格较为繁杂,而不同仪表所采用的振子也不同,这就使维修时的测试带来了不便。
