应用电子显微术和定量金相方法观察分析了 GCr15轴承钢超塑变形过程中的组织形貌,测定了晶粒尺寸和碳化物数量、大小和分布等参数,并对它们的变化规律及晶粒尺寸与碳化物颗粒之间的关系进行了讨论.
The microstructure and morphology of GCr15 bearing steel during superplastic deformation were observed and analyzed by means of electron microscopy and quantitative metallography. The parameters such as grain size, carbide size, size and distribution were also measured. The relationship between particle size and carbide particles is discussed.
