本文对重庆市十八冶第一子弟中学216名中学生的膳食调查资料采用三种不同的方法评价,发现用我国常用的二种膳食评价方法可错误地过低估计或过高估计人群营养素摄入不足的可能性,而本文引用的一种新的膳食评价方法——概率分析法,可准确地反映人群营养素摄入不足的真实状况。概率分析膳食资料结果表明,这些中学生营养素摄入不足的概率以硫胺素及钙最高,其次以核黄素及抗坏血酸为高。铁摄入不足的概率最低。
In this paper, we use three different methods to evaluate the dietary survey data of 216 middle school students in the first children’s secondary school of Shibayue, Chongqing. It is found that using two kinds of dietary evaluation methods commonly used in our country can wrongly overestimate or overestimate the nutrient intake of the population However, a new dietary assessment method - probabilistic analysis method quoted in this paper can accurately reflect the real condition of insufficient nutrient intake in the population. Probability analysis Dietary data showed that the highest intake of thiamine and calcium was found in these secondary school students, followed by riboflavin and ascorbate. The probability of under-consumption of iron is the lowest.
