当前,农村办职教面临着种种困难,归纳起来无外乎是生源差和当地政府能认识到办职教的重要意义,但仍不能给予足够的重视。那么,当地政府能认识到职教这种潜在的生产力,但又为什么不去挖掘?我想,除与当地经济状况不佳及教育本身周期长,见效慢有着直接联系外,更重要的是上下级之间评价出现了一些偏差。据调查结果,目前上级主管部门、当地政府和职业中学之间评价出现偏差突出表现在以下三个方面。
