按照卫生部感染管理规范的要求,医院应对抗菌药物使用率进行统计,力争控制在50％以下[1]。随着医疗卫生事业的迅速发展,医院感染管理任务日益加重。住院病人抗菌药物使用率的调查是感染管理工作中的重要部分。如何能做好此项工作,是感染管理工作者应该探讨的问题。据不完全掌握,目前各家医院调查和登记方法不尽统一。我们对住院病人抗菌药物使用调查方法和登记技巧进行初步探讨,现将结果报道如下。
In accordance with the requirements of Ministry of Health infection management practices, hospitals should make statistics on the use of antibacterial drugs and strive to control the rate below 50% [1]. With the rapid development of medical and health care, the task of hospital infection management is getting worse. Inpatient antibiotic use surveys are an important part of infection management. How to do this work well is a question that infection management workers should explore. According to incomplete control, at present various methods of investigation and registration in various hospitals are not unified. We inpatient antibacterial drug use survey methods and registration techniques to conduct a preliminary discussion, the results are reported below.
