煤矿井下底板抽放巷瓦斯抽采钻孔水力冲孔时产生大量水煤混合物,通常采用在底板抽放巷挖设沉底池对水煤进行收集、沉淀、人工清挖、矿车运输,由此容易造成大量水煤泥积滞钻场而不能直接分离和快速外排,存在恶化现场作业环境、增大职工劳动强度、严重影响打钻效率等问题。通过对水煤输送管路、振动筛、压滤机、潜污泵、带式输送机等进行优化设计组合,水煤在各钻场分散收集、主沉淀池集中收集、振动筛粗分后经压滤机集中压滤、分离,分离后煤直接上带式输送机外运,实现水煤泥收集、分离、外运全程机械化。
