实验通过β-环糊精/多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极测定盐酸二甲双胍,建立了一种电化学测定盐酸二甲双胍的新方法。裸玻碳电极聚合β-环糊精后用多壁碳纳米管修饰,然后研究盐酸二甲双胍在电极上的电化学行为,并测定盐酸二甲双胍。结果发现在p H7.2的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,循环伏安曲线的峰电流与盐酸二甲双胍浓度在0.01~8 mg/m L范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.9873),检出限为1.6×10-6mg/m L。该方法可用于盐酸二甲双胍缓释片含量的测定。
A new method for the electrochemical determination of metformin hydrochloride was established by measuring metformin hydrochloride with β-cyclodextrin / MWCNT modified glassy carbon electrode. The surface of bare glassy carbon electrode was polymerized with β-cyclodextrin and then modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes. Then the electrochemical behavior of metformin hydrochloride on the electrode was studied and the metformin hydrochloride was determined. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the peak current of cyclic voltammetry and metformin hydrochloride concentration in the range of 0.01-8 mg / m L (R2 = 0.9873) in p H7.2 phosphate buffer solution. The detection limit was 1.6 × 10-6 mg / m L. The method can be used for the determination of metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets.
