用~3H—TdR 掺入法,对感染了杜氏利什曼原虫中国株的DBA/1 小鼠的脾细胞在有丝分裂原诱导下的淋转反应进行了观察。受染小鼠脾细胞对 Con-A、LPS和PHA的淋转反应明显受抑,去除其中尼龙丝柱粘附细胞后,淋转反应恢复正常;此粘附细胞亦可抑制正常DBA/1小鼠脾细胞对上述有丝分裂原的淋转反应。消炎痛可部分解除此粘附细胞对淋转的抑制,说明受染小鼠淋转反应低下系此粘附细胞抑制所致,其抑制功能可能与前列腺素有一定关系。
Spleen cells of DBA / 1 mice infected with Leishmania donovani strains were observed under mitogen-induced leaching reaction using ~ 3H-TdR incorporation. Conjugated mouse spleen cells on Con-A, LPS and PHA leaching reaction was significantly inhibited, in which the nylon filament column adhesion cells removed, the lymph node reaction returned to normal; the adherent cells can also inhibit the normal DBA / 1 small Murine spleen cells on the mitogen of the lymph node reaction. Indomethacin may partially relieve the inhibition of lymph node metastasis of the adherent cells, indicating that the impaired lymph node response of infected mice is caused by the inhibition of adherent cells. The inhibitory function may be related to prostaglandin.
