早期教育在20世纪60年代兴起于欧美国家,随后在我国受到社会的广泛关注。我国早教机构随之发展迅速,但是也出现不少高速度、低质量的问题,如收费不合理,监管不到位;专业化程度低;对家庭环境培育不重视等问题。早教机构的规范化发展成为亟待解决的问题。我国早教机构的规范化发展,应当从政府加强指导与监管,针对早教市场建立合理的准入制度与收费监管制度;建立幼儿教师的培训考核机制,提升师资的专业化水平等方面入手。
Early education rose in the 1960s in Europe and the United States, followed by widespread concern in our society. Early education institutions in our country have developed rapidly, but many high-speed and low-quality problems have also emerged, such as unreasonable fees and charges, inadequate supervision, low level of specialization, and neglect of family environment. The standardized development of early education institutions has become an urgent problem to be solved. The standardized development of early education institutions in our country should be from the government to strengthen guidance and supervision, establish a reasonable access system and charging supervision system for early education market, establish the training assessment mechanism for preschool teachers, and improve the professional level of teachers.
