目的应用荧光定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测技术,对疑似诺如病毒感染引起的腹泻疫情标本进行核酸检测,为疫情控制提供准确可靠的技术支持。方法从18例粪便标本中提取RNA,进行诺如病毒核酸荧光定量RT-PCR检测。结果18份标本中有13份诺如病毒核酸RT-PCR检测阳性,阳性率为72.2%。其中6份标本中检出诺如病毒Ⅰ型;6份标本中检出诺如病毒Ⅱ型;有1份标本同时检出诺如病毒Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型。结论应用荧光定量RT-PCR技术,对诺如病毒进行核酸检测结果准确可靠。
Objective To detect nucleic acid of diarrhea caused by suspected Norovirus infection by fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and provide accurate and reliable technical support for epidemic control. Methods RNA was extracted from 18 cases of stool samples and quantified by Norovirus RT-PCR. Results Of the 18 samples, 13 samples were positive for RT-PCR of Norovirus. The positive rate was 72.2%. Among them, Novo virus type Ⅰ was detected in 6 samples; Novo virus Ⅱ was detected in 6 samples; Norovirus 1 and Ⅱ were detected in 1 sample at the same time. Conclusion The fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR technique is accurate and reliable for the detection of Norovirus.
