目的　研究治疗性穿透性角膜移植术中偏中央植片的必要性和减少角膜散光改善视功能的方法。方法　记录植孔中心与角膜中心连线延长线上植孔外缘与角膜缘的距离 ,取供眼相同位置的角膜植片移植。对 18例角膜溃疡穿孔偏位者施行偏中央植片的穿透性角膜移植术 ,平均随访 12月。结果　 13例移植片透明 ,10例裸眼视力 0 1以上。结论　治疗性穿透性角膜移植术中采用偏中央植片定向标记技术效果可靠 ,可减少角膜散光 ,改善视功能 Objective To study the necessity of partial central grafting in therapeutic penetrating keratoplasty and to reduce corneal astigmatism to improve visual function. Methods The distance between the border of the implant and the limbus was recorded on the extension line of the connection between the center of the implant and the center of the cornea, and the corneal graft for the same position of the eye was transplanted. Percutaneous central corneal allograft keratoplasty was performed in 18 patients with corneal ulcer perforation who were followed up for an average of 12 months. Results 13 cases of transplanted transparent, 10 cases of uncorrected visual acuity 0 1 above. Conclusion The treatment of penetrating penetrating keratoplasty using partial central centripetal directional marker technique is reliable, can reduce corneal astigmatism, improve visual function
