跨国公司及人力资本的分布在我国有鲜明的地区积聚性,对宏观经济的平衡发展有负面作用。本文从深层次的制度原因入手,通过分析人力资本积累的途径,归纳我国人力资本积聚的制度特性,探究跨国公司对人力资本积聚制度特性的影响途径和影响因素,从而提出改变人力资本积聚路径依赖的机制和思路。
