目的:提取矢车菊素3-O-葡萄糖苷等花青素类黄酮成分,将提取物制备成泡腾片。方法:应用大孔吸附树脂分离纯化紫背天葵中花青素类黄酮成分,通过正交试验设计研究泡腾片的工艺参数。用片剂质量检查方法以及薄层色谱法、反相高效液相色谱法等对制备的紫背天葵泡腾片进行质量检查。结果:紫背天葵泡腾片较好地保留了原紫背天葵清凉饮料的口感风味,符合泡腾片制剂质量要求。结论:制剂工艺适用于制备紫背天葵泡腾片。
OBJECTIVE: To extract anthocyanin flavonoids such as cyanidin 3-O-glucoside and prepare the extract as effervescent tablets. Methods: The macroporous resin was used to separate and purify anthocyanin flavonoids from Plectranthus induction. The orthogonal design was used to study the process parameters of effervescent tablets. The tablet quality inspection methods and thin-layer chromatography, reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography and other prepared purple zeaxive effervescent tablets for quality inspection. Results: Erigeron oxymatrine effervescent tablets retains the flavor of the original purple Remy sunflower drink, which meets the quality requirements of effervescent tablet preparations. Conclusion: The preparation process is suitable for the preparation of purple red sedum effervescent tablets.
