水库安全监测工作是水库综合运行管理工作的重要内容,靠简单的人工观测方法很难对水库安全实现全面、准确、细致的监测,一旦出现问题不容易及时发现安全隐患和采取措施进行处理。针对此问题,引滦工程尔王庄水库自动化安全监测系统采用可靠的仪器设备,利用先进的观测手段,获取有效的观测数据,并通过开发的系统软件对现场采集到的数据进行分析整理,为水库监测管理人员提供水库围堤安全管理工作的全面支持和服务,使围堤运行处于受控状态,实现安全管理的高质量、高效率、高水平。引滦工程尔王庄水库自动化安全监测系统的实际应用,取得了良好的效果,能及时准确地了解水库围堤和水工建筑物的运行状态,达到“无人值班、少人值守”的管理水平,在保证水库安全方面发挥了重要作用。研究成果对于为数众多的中小型平原水库具有重要的指导和推广价值。
Reservoir safety monitoring is an important part of integrated reservoir operation management.
