[目的/意义]当高校图书馆面临着教育信息化改革浪潮时,相关的版权工作水平却不足以支撑其工作内容和方式的深刻改变。[方法/过程]文章提出“版权素养”的动态概念,从语词和法学两个视角探讨版权素养的特点和内容;并根据图书馆版权工作的性质概括版权素养的要素。通过论述版权素养与信息素养的关系,提出二者之间具有在教育目标上的融合性以及对象上的统一性,版权素养教育是信息素养教育的重要组成内容,是信息素养教育完善的重要路径。[结果/结论]有鉴于高校图书馆版权素养的现实意义,文章认为应当从人才引进、意识培养、专业理性支持和构建科学的版权素养教育体系等方面开展版权素养教育工作。
[Purpose / Significance] When the university library faces the tide of educational informationization reform, the relevant copyright work level is not enough to support profound changes in the content and method of its work. [Methods / Processes] The article puts forward the dynamic concept of “copyright literacy”, probes into the characteristics and content of copyright literacy from the perspectives of words and jurisprudence, and summarizes the elements of copyright literacy according to the nature of the copyright work in libraries. By discussing the relationship between copyright literacy and information literacy, this paper proposes the integration of the two educational goals and the unity of the target. The copyright literacy education is an important component of information literacy education and an important path to the perfection of information literacy education . [Result / Conclusion] In view of the practical significance of copyright literacy in university libraries, the article holds that copyright literacy education should be carried out in terms of talent introduction, awareness cultivation, professional rational support and the construction of a scientific copyright literacy education system.
