针对高硅球团返矿的使用问题,在以下范围内进行了烧结试验:球团返矿与精矿用量之比3:1~0:1;碱度1.8~2:7;配碳量3.0%~4.4%.并作了加硼对比试验.结果表明:当球团返矿的配比提高和碱度提高时,烧结矿指标均变好,配碳量不宜超过4.0%;加硼泥后,成品率大幅度提高.对较优试样进行了冶金性能检验,结果表明:冶金性能良好.
According to the use of high-silicon pellets, the sintering tests were carried out in the following ranges: the mass ratio of pellets to concentrate was 3: 1-0: 1; the alkalinity was 1.8-2: 7; the carbon content was 3 .0% ~ 4.4%. And made boron contrast test. The results show that when the ratio of pellets to the ore is increased and the alkalinity is increased, the index of the sinter becomes better, and the carbon content should not exceed 4.0%. After adding boron mud, the yield of finished products increases greatly. Metallurgical properties of the better samples were tested, the results show that: good metallurgical properties.
