结合汽车齿轮真空高压气淬,分析讨论了淬火温度和淬火过程工艺参数的变化对高压气淬均匀性的影响。通过半载装炉方式的温度测试,表明控制真空渗碳-高压气淬转移时间的重要性。通过改变淬火过程中的风向控制、压力、流速等淬火参数,分析了这些工艺参数对汽车齿轮心部硬度均匀性的影响。结果表明,合理优化这些工艺参数可以有效提高汽车齿轮高压气淬后的硬度均匀性。
In this paper, the influence of the quenching temperature and the process parameters of the quenching process on the homogenization of high-pressure gas quenching were analyzed and discussed in combination with the vacuum high-pressure gas quenching of the gear of the automobile. Through the semi-load furnace temperature test, indicating the importance of controlling the vacuum carburizing - high pressure gas quench transfer time. By changing the quenching parameters such as wind direction control, pressure and flow rate during quenching, the influence of these process parameters on the hardness uniformity of the heart of a car is analyzed. The results show that reasonable optimization of these process parameters can effectively improve the hardness uniformity of automobile gears after gas-quenching.
