目的 :检验喉肺清口服液 (简称喉肺清 )抗菌抗病毒作用。方法 :采用平皿打孔法进行抗菌实验 ;小鼠最小致死菌量法抗菌实验 ;细胞内抗病毒实验 ;小鼠流感病毒致肺炎实验 ;结果 :金黄色葡萄球菌对喉肺清中度敏感 ;溶血性链球菌 ,肺炎球菌对喉肺清高度敏感 ;喉肺清可显著提高感染最小致死量溶血性链球菌小鼠及金黄色葡萄球菌小鼠的存活率 ;喉肺清具有显著的抗呼吸道合胞病毒 ,腺病毒 - 3型作用 ,可显著减轻小鼠流感病毒性肺炎的肺部病变 ,分别降低流感病毒A1型及A3 型的肺指数。结论 :喉肺清具有显著的抗菌抗病毒作用
Objective: To test the antibacterial and antiviral effects of laryngopulmonary Qingqing oral liquid (referred to as laryngeal lung clearing). Methods: Antimicrobial experiments were performed using plate-penetration method; Antimicrobial experiments with minimal lethal bacteria in mice; Intracellular antiviral experiments; Pneumonia experiments induced by mouse influenza virus; Results: Staphylococcus aureus was moderately sensitive to laryngeal lung disease; hemolysis Streptococcus and pneumococci are highly sensitive to laryngeal lung clearing; laryngeal lung clearance can significantly increase the survival rate of mice with minimal lethal doses of infection in streptococcus mutans and Staphylococcus aureus mice; laryngeal lung clearance has significant anti-respiratory syncytial Viruses, adenovirus-3 type, can significantly reduce lung lesions of influenza virus pneumonia in mice and reduce the lung index of influenza virus type A1 and A3, respectively. Conclusion : Throat lung clear has a significant antibacterial and antiviral effect
