在正常人淋巴细胞加入鼻咽癌低分化细胞培养上清(CNE-2S)。分别测定不加入和加入CNE-2S的淋巴细胞内环磷腺苷(cAMP)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及对IL-2的增殖活性。绪果,11例正常人淋巴细胞内cAMP含量加入CNE-2S后比未加入前有明显升高(P<0.05)。9例正常人的IL-2活性加入后比未加入前有明显降低(P<0.05)。9例正常人的IL-2受体的增殖活性加入后无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,CNE-2S可提高正常人淋巴细胞内cAMP水平。与此同时,IL-2活性受到明显抑制,但淋巴细胞IL-2受体增殖活性的变化不显著。
Normal human lymphocytes were added to nasopharyngeal carcinoma poorly differentiated cell culture supernatant (CNE-2S). The proliferative activities of cAMP, IL-2, and IL-2 in lymphocytes without CNE-2S addition and addition were measured. In Xuguo, the content of cAMP in lymphocytes of 11 normal subjects was significantly higher than that before the addition of CNE-2S (P<0.05). The activity of IL-2 in 9 normal subjects was significantly lower than before (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the proliferative activity of IL-2 receptor in 9 normal subjects (P>0.05). The results show that CNE-2S can increase normal human cAMP levels in lymphocytes. At the same time, IL-2 activity was significantly inhibited, but the lymphocyte IL-2 receptor proliferative activity did not change significantly.
