本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、观察法、逻辑分析法等分析损伤发生的原因,并结合武术运动的特点,指出常见损伤发生的部位并归类损伤的主要原因,有针对性地对运动损伤进行预防,旨在避免和减少运动损伤,提高运动质量和成绩,延长运动员的运动寿命。
In this paper, the causes of injury were analyzed by means of literature review, interview, logic analysis and so on. Based on the characteristics of Wushu movement, the common injuries were identified and the main causes of injury were classified. Prevention is aimed at avoiding and reducing sports injuries, improving the quality and performance of athletes and extending the athletic life of athletes.
