Ki-67是一种抗增殖细胞核抗原的鼠的单克隆抗体,处于G_1、S、G_2及M期的细胞均可被标染。本文采用免疫组化方法,利用Ki-67单抗对40例脑肿瘤冰冻切片及4个胶质瘤体外细胞系的生长率进行了检测,结果发现: 1 标记的Ki-67阳性细胞百分率与肿瘤的病理组织学分型及分级有关;
