本文探讨了国内首先开发的新型钙调蛋白拮抗剂—0—4—乙氧基—丁基小檗胺(EBB)对人脑恶性多形性胶质母细胞瘤体外增殖的影响,发现EBB可显著抑制细胞生长、集落形成及蛋白合成,且呈剂量依赖性关系,故值得进一步研究以期开发应用于临床。
