采用SEM、EDX和XRD对Sm、Zr合金元素添加后的Mg-Cu合金进行分析。并对添加元素后的Mg-Cu合金力学性能进行分析。结果表明:Sm元素细化晶粒效果不明显,晶粒尺寸粗大,且有吸引Cu元素分布在晶粒内部形成CuSm相增强合金强度的作用。Zr元素细化晶粒效果明显,晶粒内部出现少量的CuZr_2相,能提高合金塑性,但是对合金的强化效果且不明显。所制备的Mg_(98)Cu_1Sm_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)合金获得了强度和韧性都较好的Mg-Cu合金。
The additions of Sm and Zr alloying elements were analyzed by SEM, EDX and XRD. The mechanical properties of Mg-Cu alloy after addition of elements were analyzed. The results show that the grain refinement of Sm element is not obvious, the grain size is coarse, and the Cu element is attracted to attract the Cu element to form the CuSm phase to enhance the strength of the alloy. The effect of grain refinement of Zr element is obvious, and a small amount of CuZr2 phase appears in the grain, which can improve the ductility of the alloy, but the strengthening effect on the alloy is not obvious. The prepared Mg_ (98) Cu_1Sm_ (0.5) Zr_ (0.5) alloy obtained Mg-Cu alloy with good strength and toughness.
