目的探讨3.0T磁共振联合乳腺磁共振计算机辅助系统(MRI-CAD)在良、恶性乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法分别利用3.0TMRI工作站(MRI法)和MRI-CAD(CAD法)对78例患者共93个乳腺病灶进行良、恶性鉴别诊断,内容包括形态学分析和时间信号曲线分析,比较两种方法的诊断正确率。结果在93个病灶中CAD法诊断正确率高于MRI法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI法和CAD法在51例肿块样病变中诊断正确率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CAD法在42例非肿块样病变中诊断正确率高于MRI法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI-CAD与利用MRI工作站比较,在良、恶性乳腺肿瘤特别是非肿块样病灶的鉴别诊断中具有明显优势。
Objective To investigate the value of 3.0T magnetic resonance combined with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI-CAD) in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods The differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions in 93 patients with breast lesions of 78 patients were analyzed by using 3.0T MRI workstation and MRI-CAD (CAD method). The contents include morphological analysis and time-signal curve analysis. Comparing the two methods Diagnose the correct rate. Results Among the 93 lesions, the diagnostic accuracy of CAD was higher than that of MRI (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in diagnostic accuracy between MRI and CAD in 51 lesions (P> 0.05). The accuracy of CAD in 42 cases of non-mass lesion was higher than that of MRI. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the MRI workstation, MRI-CAD has obvious advantages in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors, especially non-tumorous lesions.
