本文目的在于研究分析内科护理教学改革的有效措施和效果,为其应用和研究提供有效的理论依据。本次研究的入组对象选自于2012至2013年入学的内科护理专业学生,共178名。根据学生接受的不同教学方案,将其分为两组,2012年组为对照组,共92名,教学期间采用传统教学方式进行;2013年组为观察组,共86名,在接受传统教学的同时加强自学-指导教学法的应用,比较两组学生的考试成绩,研究中涉及的数据采用统计学软件进行分析处理。经研究比较,观察组学生的阶段考试平均成绩为(82.31±2.30)分,对照组为(70.15±4.12)分,两组比较差异明显,t=2.013,P<0.05。在内科护理教学中加强自学-指导教学法的应用,促进教学改革,可有效的提高学生的学习成绩,颇具应用价值,值得广泛应用和推广。
The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the effective measures and effects of medical nursing teaching reform and provide an effective theoretical basis for its application and research. This study enrolled a total of 178 medical nursing students enrolled in the study from 2012 to 2013. According to the different teaching plans accepted by the students, they were divided into two groups, the control group consisted of 92 in 2012 with a total of 92 teaching methods during the teaching period.
