选用 4月龄雌性 SD大鼠 ,随机分为卵巢切除组、假手术组及尼尔雌醇组 3组。尼尔雌醇组于切除卵巢后第一天起按每 1 0 0 g体重 0 .1 5 m g的尼尔雌醇灌胃 ,每周 1次。 1 0周后取子宫称重 ,并用计算机图像分析技术进行宫内膜形态计量测定。结果显示 :尼尔雌醇使去卵巢大鼠子宫重量由 2 97.0 0± 1 0 6 .90 m g增至 6 42 .2 0±2 83.6 0 mg,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;镜下子宫肌层及内膜层均较去卵巢组有所增厚 ,腺体较多 ,内膜呈增生早期改变 ;形态计量显示的宫内膜腺体体积分数 ,其尼尔雌醇组为 (1 .84± 0 .76 ) % ,高于去卵巢组的 (0 .5 8± 0 .2 8) % ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。宫内膜厚度、宫内膜上皮细胞高度、宫内膜腺腔直径、宫内膜腺体数密度 ,尼尔雌醇组均高于去卵巢组 ,但差异无显著性 ;尼尔雌醇组及去卵巢组的核浆比例相似 ,均高于假手术组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,说明尼尔雌醇对去卵巢大鼠子宫肌层及内膜层有一定的刺激增生作用 ,临床应用中应酌情加用孕激素
