Augmented reality technology allows the site ontology and virtual digital information integration, in the site display both advantages. The purpose of this study is to enrich and improve the design methods and assessment methods of augmented reality applications in architectural sites. First, the Sheffield Manor Lodge building ruins display application based on mobile augmented reality was developed and the digital information and site environment are more closely linked in spatial and temporal dimensions through information design. Then, the user acceptance model (TAM) used in the assessment is improved, and a multi-factor and multi-level research model of relevance to be verified is established. Finally, through quantitative assessment, provide effective advice for subsequent development and improvement of similar applications.
