将新鲜完整的透明兔晶体浸浴在10mlTC199液中,添加30%H2O20.2ml,FeC12mg,造成产生羟自由基的Fenton反应模型,温育在37℃,5%CO2,95%空气的日制SANYOCO2培养箱内24小时。测定被温育兔晶体抗氧化防御体系的8项指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),过氧化氨酶(CAT),抗坏血酸,还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH),维生素E,晶体水溶性蛋白以及脂质过氧化终未产物—丙二醛(MDA)]。研究复方珍珠水解液(复方自由基清除剂)与白内停滴服液对Fenton反应模型体系内温育晶体抗氧化防御机构的保护作用。结果表明复方珍珠水解液是一种天然抗氧化剂,对晶体的酶性与非酶性抗氧化防御体系具有保护作用,是一良好的防治白内障药物。
The fresh and complete transparent rabbit crystals were immersed in 10 ml of TC199 solution, 20.2 ml of 30% H2O and 12 mg of FeC were added into the solution, resulting in a Fenton reaction model generating hydroxyl radicals. Sanyo CO2 supplemented with 37% of 5% CO2 and 95% Incubator 24 hours. Eight indicators of antioxidant defense system in rabbit crystalloid were determined: superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), peroxidase (CAT), ascorbic acid, Glutathione (GSH), vitamin E, crystal water-soluble protein and the end product of lipid peroxidation - malondialdehyde (MDA)]. To study the protective effect of compound pearl hydrolyzate (compound free radical scavenger) and Baibei drop solution on the antioxidant defense mechanism of the incubated crystal in Fenton reaction model system. The results show that the compound pearl hydrolyzate is a natural antioxidant, which has a protective effect on the enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidant defense system of crystal and is a good anti-cataract drug.
