本文根据氨性硫代硫酸盐从金精矿、含铜的金精矿,含银金的黄铁矿中提取金银的试验研究结果,从化学和动力学方面讨论了金银的浸出过程。研讨了浸矿剂组成、温度、充氧搅拌及原料粒度等对金银浸出过程的影响。动力学分析表明浸出过程由扩散控制。按“收缩核模型”处理数据,金银溶解的速度常数与温度关系的Arrhenius图有很好的线性关系,计算了金银溶解的表观活化能,给出了Ar-henius方程。
Based on the experimental results of ammonia thiosulfate extraction of gold and silver from gold concentrate, gold concentrate containing copper, pyrite containing silver and gold, the leaching process of gold and silver was discussed from the aspects of chemistry and kinetics. The effects of composition, temperature, oxygenation and particle size on the leaching process of gold and silver were studied. Kinetic analysis shows that the leaching process is controlled by diffusion. According to the data of “Shrinkage Model”, the Arrhenius plot of the rate of dissolution of gold and silver has a good linear relationship with the temperature. The apparent activation energy of gold and silver dissolution has been calculated and the Ar-henius equation has been given.
