痔疮是常见病、多发病,患者常因大量出血、疼痛、发炎而急诊,严重地影响工农兵身体健康和劳动力。我们以中西医结合方法治疗,取得疗效好、方法简便的效果,深受工农兵的欢迎。现将治疗情况小结如下: 一般资料本组200例,包括外痔、血栓性痔、内痔、混合痔、环状痔以及合并脱垂或出血的患者。年龄最大76岁,最小17岁;以30～60岁发病率最高,占90％,20岁以下显著减少;男122例(占61％),女78例(占39％)。本组病例以农民居多(与地处农村有关),其次是教师、干部、学生。病程最长31年以上,最短1年。本组病例以内痔为最多,发病与嗜酒、辛辣食品及经常便秘有关。病程以1～5年最多,占83例,41.5％(表1)。
Hemorrhoids is a common disease, frequently-occurring disease, patients often due to massive bleeding, pain, inflammation and emergency, seriously affecting the health of workers and peasants and labor. We use traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, achieved good effect, the method is simple and convenient, deeply welcomed by workers and peasants and soldiers. The treatment is summarized as follows: General information The group of 200 cases, including external hemorrhoids, thrombotic hemorrhoids, internal hemorrhoids, mixed hemorrhoids, ring hemorrhoids and patients with prolapse or bleeding. The oldest was 76 years old and the youngest was 17 years old. The incidence was highest at 30-60 years old, accounting for 90%. Significant reduction was found in patients under 20 years old. There were 122 males (61%) and 78 females (39%). The majority of cases in this group of peasants (with the rural areas), followed by teachers, cadres, students. The longest course of more than 31 years, the shortest 1 year. This group of patients with internal hemorrhoids as the most, the incidence and alcohol, spicy food and frequent constipation. Course of disease in 1 to 5 years, accounting for 83 cases, 41.5% (Table 1).
