目的分析富含半胱氨酸61(Cysteine-rich61,Cyr61)、β-catenin在胆囊癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达及其意义。方法选择2015年10月—2016年10月接受手术治疗的胆囊癌患者68例,留取术中胆囊癌组织68例,癌旁正常组织26例。采用免疫组化法检测胆囊癌组织及癌旁正常组织中Cyr61、β-catenin的表达,分析Cyr61、β-catenin表达阳性率与胆囊癌临床病理特征的关系。计数资料比较采用χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果胆囊癌组织中Cyr61、β-catenin表达阳性率(66.18%、85.29%)高于癌旁正常组织(26.92%、15.38%),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);Cyr61、β-catenin表达与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合检测Cyr61、β-catenin有利于提高早期胆囊癌检出率,便于及早进行手术治疗,改善手术效果。
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of Cysteine-rich61 (Cyr61) and β-catenin in gallbladder cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues. Methods Sixty-eight patients with gallbladder carcinoma undergoing surgery from Oct. 2015 to Oct. 2016 were enrolled. Sixty-six patients with gallbladder cancer and 26 normal tissues were collected. The expression of Cyr61 and β-catenin in gallbladder carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the positive expression rates of Cyr61 and β-catenin and the clinicopathological features of gallbladder carcinomas was analyzed. Count data were compared using χ ~ 2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The positive rates of Cyr61 and β-catenin in gallbladder carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal tissues (66.18%, 85.29%, 26.92%, 15.38%, respectively) (P <0.05) The expression of catenin was correlated with tumor differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusions The combined detection of Cyr61 and β-catenin is helpful to improve the detection rate of early gallbladder cancer and facilitate the early surgical treatment and improve the surgical effect.
