①目的研究酪氨酸类似物对早孕大鼠子宫胞浆雌二醇受体含量的影响及其机制。②方法宫腔注射酪氨酰肼及甘氨酰酪氨酸,检测早孕大鼠子宫胞浆雌二醇受体含量。③结果酪氨酰肼和甘氨酰酪氨酸使妊娠第1,3,5天大鼠子宫胞浆雌二雌受体含量分别下降38.4%,32.2%,33.4%(t=2.313~3.312,P<0.05~0.01)和21.7%,16.4%,12.3%(t=2.187~3.174,P<0.05~0.01);去卵巢大鼠子宫胞浆雌二醇受体含量也有下降(t=6.876,5.184,P<0.01)。④结论酪氨酰肼及甘氨酰酪氨酸直接作用于子宫,使子宫胞浆雌二醇受体含量下降。
Objective To investigate the effect of tyrosine analogues on the uterine cytosolic estradiol receptor in early pregnancy and its mechanism. Methods ② intrauterine injection of tyrosine hydrazide and glycyl tyrosine, detection of uterine early pregnancy rats estradiol receptor content. ③ Results Tyrosylhydrazide and glycyl tyrosine decreased the uterine cytosolic estrogen and estrogen receptor levels by 38.4%, 32.2% and 33.4%, respectively t = 2.313 ~ 3.312, P <0.05 ~ 0.01) and 21.7%, 16.4%, 12.3% (t = 2.187 ~ 3.174, P < 05 ~ 0.01). The content of uterine cytosolic estradiol receptors in ovariectomized rats also decreased (t = 6.876,5.184, P <0.01). ④ Conclusion tyrosine hydrazide and glycyl tyrosine directly in the uterus, uterine cytoplasmic estradiol receptor decreased.
