钢结硬质合金是近二十年发展起来的一种新型的、高寿命的工、模具材料。该材料由难熔金属碳化物颗粒与钢基体组成。硬质颗粒使合金材料有较高的耐磨性,而体积含量超过50%的钢基体则赋予合金材料以必要的机械物理性能和某些优于硬质合金的工艺性。在冲压工业及多方面的机械易损件的应用领域中,钢结硬质合金已获得日益广泛的应用和发展。
Steel bonded carbide is developed in the past two decades, a new type of high-life workers, mold materials. The material consists of refractory metal carbide particles and a steel matrix. The hard particles give the alloy a higher wear resistance, whereas the steel matrix with a volume content of more than 50% imparts the necessary mechanical and physical properties to the alloy material and some manufacturability that is superior to the cemented carbide. In the stamping industry and a wide range of mechanical wearing parts applications, steel hardened cemented carbide has been increasingly widely used and developed.
