硫脲在Cu~(2+)-KBr-氨基乙酸体系中,在单描示极谱上有灵敏的队极导数极谱波。峰高与硫脲浓度在1×10~(-8)~5×10~(-7)M范围内有良好的线性关系,检测限可达5×10~(-8)M,本法除S~(2-)、Ag~+、Au~(3+)离子有较大干扰外,其他共存离子的干扰均不大。采用本法测定了以硫脲为添加剂的电镀废水中的硫脲含量。结果尚属满意。研究了极谱波的性质,讨论了极谱波的产生机理。

The properties of polarographic wave were studied, and the mechanism of polarographic wave generation was discussed.
