Using object-oriented method to express the fault diagnosis and maintenance of equipment, combined with the analysis of decision theory, the intelligent diagnosis and maintenance of CNC machine tools strategy, including the explanation of the cause of the fault. The entire system meets the requirements of modern CNC maintenance, which can effectively reduce the cost of CNC equipment maintenance and protection.
